BOOKING CONDITIONS

QUOTATION INCLUDES:

  • Full time services of professional hunters, trackers, skinners, cooks and camp assistants.

  • Full accommodation with daily laundry service.

  • All beverages.

  • Hunting licences and permits.

  • Transfers from and to the airport.

  • Field preparation of the trophies

QUOTATION EXCLUDES:

  • Hotel accommodation before, during and after the contracted safari period.

  • Trophy charges.

  • Firearm rentals (EURO 30 per day).

  • Ammunition (Obtainable at normal purchase price).

  • Baits for leopards and other predators.

  • Trophy praperation by a taxidermist and shipping thereof.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

  • A 50% deposit on the total safari costs.

  • Full trophy charges on animals wounded and lost.

  • No refund of deposit on cancellation, unless the safari can be rebooked. 

  • Full refund of the trophy charges should the hunt be unsuccessful.

  • Balance payments to be paid at the end of the safari.
